When can I check in?
We guarantee to have our apartments ready for check-in from 3pm. If you are arriving earlier, you can always drop off your bags and get you car parking permit. Ring us 30 minutes prior to your expected arrival time if you are staying at Beau Street and Kingsmead Street, this is not necessary if staying at Harry’s Townhouse, Loft Central and the City Pad. See our checking in section for more details.
When must I check out?
The check-out time for all apartments is 11am. If you are staying at Beau Trio, we ask you to leave your parking permit on the table of your apartment. For Beau Trio and Kingsmead Street please leave the keys in the letter box by the door of your apartment.
If you are staying at Beau Street or Kingsmead Street, we ask you to deposit your permit into the black post box located on the ground floor along with both sets of keys.
Where do I check in and check out?
If you are staying in Loft Central, Harry's Townhouse or City Pad, please check in at Haringtons Hotel reception. The Apartments are a one-minute walk from the hotel. If require parking its offsite @£11.00 per day for guaranteed permit parking, needs to be booked in advance. If you are staying in Beau Trio or Kingsmead Street please call 01225 461728, 30 minutes before arrival. It's a 2 minutes’ walk from Bath Bus and Train station. If you require parking, we offer ONE on-street permit per apartment FREE of charge (subject to availing a space). View our checking in page.
Are dogs welcome to stay?
No, I’m afraid we do not currently allow pets to stay.
Do you have WIFI?
Each apartment has free Wi-Fi available and some have smart TVs
Where can I take my luggage if i arrive early?
We are happy to store bags at Harington's Hotel if you arrive early or before your apartment is ready.
Are families welcome?
Of course! We have a large apartment to suit all family needs. We have highchairs available and offer cots (babies in cots stay free of charge). We are also very happy to help sterilizing bottles and liquidizing food. We also provide a box of toys for entertainment.
Do I need to bring bedding or basics?
All you need to bring is a toothbrush, toothpaste and a willingness to have an amazing time in our fantastic city. We will supply all towels and bedding. Think hotel room, just bigger! We also supply all toiletries, (shampoo, body wash, & soap). We also provide tea, coffee and milk, as well as a Nespresso machine with complementary coffee pods for the connoisseurs.
Is parking available?
For Harry’s Townhouse, Loft Central or the City Pad you can book a reserved off site car parking space in Charlotte Street Car Park (£11.00 per day). Please note that spaces are limited and advance booking is essential. Come directly to Harington’s Hotel Reception, where you can pull up outside the front door, drop your bags and we will issue a permit and show you where to park.
Each apartment in Beau Trio and Kingsmead Street has a free on street parking permit. This entitles you to use designated areas in the city center (if you get lucky, right outside the front door!). Call us 30 minutes prior to arrival and we will meet you at the property to issue your permit, check you in and explain everything.
All parking permits must be returned on your day of departure by 11am. Contact us if you require one for longer and we will see if it is available on that day.
What are your cancellation policies?
Bookings made after 13.11.20 FREE cancellation up until 7 days before your arrival. If you cancel within the 7 day window I'm afraid the full cost of the stay is retained.
Bookings made before 13.11.20 - FREE cancellation up until 14 days before your arrival. If you cancel within the 14 day window I'm afraid the full cost of the stay is retained.

Will there be a dryer or just a washing machine?
Yes, each apartment has a washing machine. Harry’s and Beau Trio apartments all have washer/dryer. Please note you will need to provide washing powder. If you are staying in Trim, Queen Street or Harington's Place and you need a dryer, we can dry clothes at the hotel. Please ask at reception.
What is the accessibility like?
All our apartments are accessed via stairs, none have lifts. If you have any questions, please contact us directly at time of booking to discuss your requirements.
Is it possible to have a grocery home delivery?
Yes, all major grocery stores will deliver to any of the apartments. Please make sure that you organise the delivery time after your arrival at the property.
Can I drop off my luggage somewhere safe after I’ve checked out?
Yes, we are happy to store your cases at Harington’s Hotel after your check-out time until you decide to leave our wonderful city! Beau Street and Kingsmead Street are roughly a five-minute walk to the hotel, our other apartments are less than 30 seconds away.
What about late check-in?
If you expect to arrive at Beau or Kingsmead Street Apartments later than 8pm, please contact us and we will provide you with access details. If you are staying at one of the other apartments (Harry’s, Loft and City Pad) check in is at Harington’s Hotel reception, which is open until 11pm. If arriving later please contact us to make other arrangements.
How does the parking work for Beau & Kingsmead Street?
If you are staying at Beau or Kingsmead Street apartments, each apartment has a free on street parking permit. This entitles you to park in certain designated areas in the city center (if you get lucky, right outside the front door!). It means you will have to find your own space to park. Call us 30 minutes prior to arrival and we will meet you at the property and give you your permit, check you into the property and explain everything. Please note we will require your permit returned on your day of departure at 11am. Contact us if you require it for longer and we will see if it is available on that day.
What added extras can be arranged
We are happy to organise many different things for your visits, such as Thermae Spa vouchers, bottles of wine, champagne or prosecco, chocolates or flowers. Just contact us and we would be delighted to make the arrangements for you!
Are there staff on-site daily?
The reception team are available from 7am till 11pm, offering full concierge service daily.
